1. Returns

• Due to the personal care & hygiene nature of our products (soaps, cosmetics, skincare items), we generally do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• A request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacements

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

• In case replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

• Used/opened soaps or cosmetics.
